Diro.io is a secure documentation portal for online bank, and utility bills. If you want to know how it works before you access the site click here. Diro.io will act as a certifier meaning you do not need to present your documents to an official to be certified. This only works when the document is generated by the bank or utility company and does not apply or used for uploaded documents.
